Earth Pond is an installation portraying ways in which humans have interacted with the planet. Floating islands or "continents" include the island of extinction, island of consummerism, island of barren wasteland and island of garbage. The installation was constructed in the basement of The Tom Museum, a project that began as an exhibition of the Mattress Factory Museum of Art.
