Sponsored in part by a Seed Award from the Sprout Fund, Art Olympic Theatre is two hours jam paked with the action and excitement of competitive art making. Three teams of artists compete to build winning sculptures out of piles of surprise junk that is unveiled at the beginning of the contest. Each team of four artists is allowed to bring in one suitcase of their own materials. They are judged on the creative use of materials, their performance and the aesthetic value of the final product.
