Cara Erskine earned her MFA from Yale School of Art in 2002. She has exhibited nationally, including solo shows at Saint Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana and at The Clayman Institute for Gender Research, Serra House, Stanford University, Stanford, California. She has taught at Carnegie Mellon University and Robert Morris University, and her art criticism has appeared in DIS Magazine. She grew up mostly in Oregon and has lived in Pittsburgh for the past decade.
