Above all, I am a salvage artist. I take the discarded remains of the past and transform them into art that tells a story of the past, present and future. The purpose of my work is to show that objects considered garbage by most can be turned into objects of interest, desire and beauty.  I works with resin, wood, bicycles, scrap metal and just about anything else you can throw at me. I'm also a painter and photographer.

I'm a 4th Generation Hungarian and Pittsburgh native who was raised in Hazelwood above J&L Steel. Growing up, I was surrounded by three generations of grandfathers and uncles that worked in the local steel mills. Even though I never worked in them myself (instead opting to become a master carpenter, a profession and skill that has served both me and my art well) steel runs strong in my blue collar blood. I've always had an appreciation for the mills and was intrigued by the steel making process. I found a certain beauty in the mills that, under years of dirt and abuse, screamed of Pittsburgh’s history and how it's shaping our future.

Recently, I've developed a passion for guerilla art, putting up pop up exhibits in areas like Oakland and Lawrenceville. I like to use my artwork as a way to bring Pittsburgh communities together. My work has been in several shows locally as well as places like Brooklyn.
