This image is from my "Suspended" series. I’m not sure when the need to photograph fire escapes occurred, or what prompted it, but from this emerged an attempt to capture the potential for motion. In addition, the image was juried into the 2007 Pittsburgh Society of Artists Guild's – New Works exhibition.
